Shipping Information

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to require a signature on delivery. Our warehouse is located in Livingston, Texas. Transit times vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

Lost Packages & Delivery Responsibility

We are responsible for packages lost in transit before delivery. If a package is lost prior to delivery, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

However, once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, our responsibility ends. This includes cases where the package is later reported stolen, missing, or cannot be located by the recipient.

  • If a package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.
  • We are not able to offer compensation or refunds for packages marked as delivered.
  • If you are in an area prone to mail theft or porch piracy, please contact us before placing your order. We can add signature confirmation with ID verification for an additional fee.

We do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs after the package has been marked as delivered.

Shipping to Freight Forwarders and Third-Party Addresses

We ship to addresses provided by the customer at checkout, including addresses of freight forwarding services, package forwarders, or any third-party recipients. By using a freight forwarder or third-party address, you explicitly authorize that party to receive the package on your behalf.

Once the carrier delivers the package to the provided shipping address and obtains a signature or delivery confirmation (including from the forwarder’s agent), the order is considered fully delivered and fulfilled.

We are not responsible for any further transit, handling, loss, theft, damage, or delays after this point. Claims that the forwarder failed to forward the item, lost it, or that it was stolen after delivery to the forwarder are outside of our responsibility.

Customers using freight forwarding services assume all risks associated with the forwarder’s handling, storage, customs processing (if applicable), and final delivery. We strongly recommend you arrange your own tracking and insurance with the forwarder for the onward journey.

Address Accuracy

It is your sole responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Transit Times (Continental US)

  • Economy shipping: 2–9 business days
  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

Note: Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Handling Time Most orders placed before 1:00 PM PST ship the same business day. Larger orders may take longer.

Free Shipping Orders of $50+ shipping to the 48 contiguous United States or U.S. Military addresses (APOs & FPOs) qualify for free shipping. We will use the most economical shipping method available.

Hazardous Materials Certain items (varnishes, spray cans, etc.) are shipped via UPS Ground at the calculated rate.

Tracking Information Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of shipment and can be viewed in your customer account.

Preorders Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are in stock. We may ship partial orders at our discretion.
